While the jaw crusher is crushing ore, the unbalanced inertia force on the moving parts of the jaw crusher will generate additional dynamic pressure on the machine, which will have bad influence on the operation of the equipment from many aspects, such as the decrease of the accuracy and reliability of the machine, the increase of the abrasion of the machine, the decrease of its efficiency, and so on. In this case, the following methods can be adopted by users.
It should be noticed that the jaw crusher should be stopped regularly to check the worn parts of the machine, such as the center feeding pipe, the guard plate, the wear-resistant block, etc. The components which have been worn quite badly should be replaced immediately while the other worn parts should be repaired. Meanwhile, the worn part should be replaced by the new one with the same parameter as the original one’s, including its weight, model number, size, and so on.
The jaw crusher is the large-scale machinery, the abrasion of which should be noticed by users. For example, the driving belt of the jaw crusher is necessary for the stone production line. The machine is driven by the driving belt, the .tension of which should be adjusted regularly to guarantee the uniform strength on the driving belt. If the machine is driven by two electric motors, the triangle belts on the two sides of the machine should be collocated by the separation of groups to make the lengths of the belts of each group be as same as possible. If the driving belt has been worn very badly, it should be replaced in time.
